EQB series sand iron filters are suitable for iron, turbidity, suspended solids, sediment, etc. in water in the flow December of 9 m3/h to 212 m3/h. it is used to eliminate. Multimedia filters with surface piping are designed with pneumatic (air), water and electric actuated valve system. The system is managed by an IP 65 class panel that can perform backwashing according to time or flow rate, controls service automation, contains a controller or PLC. As a tank material, ST 37 carbon steel is usually used, the inner and outer surfaces of which are coated with epoxy. Stainless steel and galvanized coated carbon steel tanks can also be used according to the requirement.
STANDARD FEATURES
The Tank Material is sandblasted Tu 2 1/2 quality; the inner surface is coated with epoxy with a thickness of 250 μ, the outer surface is sandblasted with acrylic paint on an epoxy-based primer with a thickness of 200 μ ST 37-2 carbon steel tanks
